Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty and personal care products, including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, serums, skincare products, and other cosmetic items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at clickbeautyinfo@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clickbeautyinfo@gmail.com with clear photos & Video of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty and cosmetic products
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at clickbeautyinfo@gmail.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and cosmetic products are not eligible for return under this policy.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
